You mean flash it or update it through SEUS. If you want flash it , look here:

But if you want to upgrade via SEUS, then you can download program from official sony ericsson page. But you should know this , SEUS will update your cid from 52 to 53 and you can only then flash your phone with JDFlasher or KulanKendi and you can`t do anything else.
