If the IR led blinks when you try to power up, your EROM could be damaged. Try this:
1. Search in the download area for "EROM_A1_DB2010_36_RED_44000000_00020000"
2. In G-Flash press "Repair/GDFS/Flashing
3.Check "Flash EROM", pres "..." and search for the above ".raw" file.
4.Press "Repair/Read/Patch button.
5.Reinsert the battery and connect your phone holding down C
