there are tools meant for these purposes, however they are not available for public use, they are indeed used by LEA and Secret Services/Forensic Analyst.

u can try searching for some more info:-

there are such tools.

so it is possible. and it is almost in use for last 5-8 years.

in Pakistan they also provide when you call the customer care center

but the PUK\PIN they gave me is not working .IS it because i flashed my k750 to w800 ?
