Sorry For Late Reply.:(
Make Sure You Have Allowed Hidden And System Protected Files To Be Shown. Please Go To C:\Windows\inf And Delete File INFCACHE.1. Then Reboot And Try Installing The Driver.
no problem buddy but please let me know as it may not crash my system i donot have any time to reinstall windows as my papers are in progress............
It should be pretty safe if you delete that file. See below

no problem buddy but please let me know as it may not crash my system i donot have any time to reinstall windows as my papers are in progress............Yes You May Safely Delete It Cause Windows Recreates It Automatically. Infact Windows Recreates It Everytime A Driver Is Added. I Have Tried This Myself Last Month On Vista:D. Just Make Sure You Reboot Windows After Deleting It.It should be pretty safe if you delete that file.

i am sorry to say no success ............
i have stared hating windows .............
i have found something in registry under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\DevicePath
%SystemRoot%\inf;E:\My Programs\Sony ericsson\Software updater\setup\drivers\USB;E:\My Programs\Sony ericsson\Software updater\setup\drivers\DSS-20-25\W2K_XP;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Teleca Shared\DCU-11;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Teleca Shared\DSS-20;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Teleca Shared\DSS-25
now i believe the problem lies here in above path
because before recovery of xp my SEUS was in E drive but it was not working so i downloaded setup again and installed it in c drive because it was not working properly when installed on its previous path e drive .........

OK... I got mine to work!
1. removed infcache.1 , that didn't fix my problem at first
2 and 3 below were done to remove previously installed (but failed) driver
2. removed ggsemc.sys from windows/system32 and similar directories
3. removed 2 .inf files that both contain ggsemc.sys , and the 2 corresponding .PNF files
(my problem may be that there are 2 .inf files for the same driver... but who knows)
4. started up device manager
5. connected phone with 'c' key depressed, 'Sonyericsson USB Flash' showed up in device manager, with a yellow exclamation mark. Double-clicked it and then "update driver"
That did it. I tried the driver clean-up steps several times before reading this thread, and it didn't work. So I do think the infcache.1 file is the key.
commando , maybe you want to try cleaning up the drivers and try what I did. Good luck.

@ Beep88
ok i am going to clean the drivers and then delete the infcache.1 reboot and try again
well what is in your registry at above location ......
i think the above registry entry is pointing to a wrong driver to be installed for flashing
and all this is messing up
any way i wish my problem may get solved this time ..........
My DevicePath did not point to any of the SEUS driver directories. I don't think I installed SEUS service on my particular PC. It should be pretty safe to delete references to those directories in your case.
same screen with same words un able to instal this hardware
no even via updating driver problem persists .......................
