btw when the keypad is broken it doesnt affect that much ~!!

yes it is normal all my mates phones have done this aswell. Try buying a rubber keypad.

I have called SE customer service, they will ask you a few questions and ask you to ship it in for repair(inspection actually, if it's in fact a defect, they'll repair it), they only cover return shipping.

so is it that easy for the keys to crack? if it crack and I bring it to repair service centre but the phone is debranded...will they still fix it? from Canada Rogers operator...

Well I'm just unlucky because I had the keypad replaced twice because all 12 keys broke in half on both of them, I'm on my third one and so far only one key broke.

yes, its actually normal that the w580 keys brake, i have it myself and i cracked number 1 and 2 keys,, the problem that came out with this phone is that it has a slim profile where the keys are so they made this ones really thin so when alot of pressure is applied they crack, , u can change them yourself or take it for reapir
