Preboot failed means your phone could not be connected to SETool.
Often its due to a couple of reasons.
1.You're not pressing 'c' on the phone while connecting.
2.Your cable has dirty contacts(or your phone does) or it does not work.
3.You dont have USB flash drivers installed.

EDIT: MATE! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, EDIT YOUR POST AND REMOVE YOUR IMEI FROM ALL LOGS. You dont want poeple copying it :)
