As justme said there might be something with the frequencies, China has other frequencies and maybe this is somehow reflected in the firmware, that might be the reason why your phone is working as K790 and not working as a K818, I think there is an incompatibility between the firmware, SIM and the frequencies of the provider/network.

I Tried It And Got A Working Network. But Whats The Use, Neither I Got TrackID Nor PhotoFix Since Main Was k790 And When I Tried Vice Versa, Again No Network.
