Please help me save my phone - flash error using far

My process with FAR:

I have done this but am getting an error message

I followed the step-by-step but substituted the K800 files for K770 ones.

K770_R8BC004_MAIN_GENERIC_VI_RED53.mbn
K770_R8BC004_FS_EUROPE_1_RED53.fbn

I opened the FAR program ran the first installs above which threw no errors up. I then discounted and added my custom pack:

K770i_1202-4418_R7A_3_United_Kingdom

I have installed this. I didn't complete the last step though the "Lighting options" as nothing was inclueded.

When I boot the phone up now it says "configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre.

Please help me save the phone...

you have to extract the files from that zip: K770i_1202-4418_R7A_3_United_Kingdom and copy customize.xml file in /tpa/preset/custom in your phone using far manager. that's what you have to do. i think you have copied the zip file in tpa/preset/custom, not customize.xml from the zip.

Thanks for your reply. I extracted the .zip files and then copied all the files in the cusomize folder in the un-sipped version like the tutorial said. I have not used .zip files at all?

How do I get it working again?

use custpack for EUROPE_1 and your problem will be solved
