K850 needs help!!!!!

my K850 got problem. everthing is fine except the screen. the keypad is still light when i press buttons os unlock it but i can't see anything on its screen. contents and icons may be still displayed but LEDs behind the screen don't light. i can't do anything with SEUS and SX.
can anyone give me an advice? what can i do to make my phone work correctly?

I have such a problem with mine too. The only difference is that my screen is light but the light goes off when i press the directional button.I have to wait for the light on the keyboard to go tottaly off, and then press a button to see the screen light again. I thought i was about the software so I updated the phone by SEUS, but the problem still resides. Do you think it's just about the connections??Thanks

Anyway , for K850 no free support tools because he have all new platform DB3150 so you need some pay service or go to SE service in your town
