Unlock K770i

I'm trying to unlock my k770i but im not sure what tools i need or what firmwares or mains. Here is the information that i get after running "identify" on setool lite

I'm not sure about patch-unlocking myself, but the easiest way would be to have a friend with T-Mobile(or the carrier it's locked to), call and ask for an unlock code. That way it will be permanently unlocked and you'd have the ability to change firmware without re-patching each time.
