Unlocking W380i CID53?

Hi all,

Need help with unlocking Sony Ericsson W380i CID53.

Can i do it with generating the code by IMEI or do i need to entirely re-flash the phone?
The phone is not in my posesion , so i need some sort of remote unlocking option.

i appreciate any advice or suggestions.
