K750i Can support up to 4gb. However you must be using the latest firmware for things to run smoothly. But, as with everything usuing the 4gb will cause the phone to slow down alot, while accessing messages, music , pictures..

Bigger cards generally do use little more power in loading up. Nothing that will affect the performance or life. It depends how much you are using the card, ie playing music, games etc.
