unlocking help needed asap.

hi guys im new here so please dont bite my head off, can anyone please help me,i bought my daughter a w850i via ebay last week and it was locked to the 3 network(all working fine). the thing is she wanted to keep her own simcard(o2) as shes happy with o2 plus everyones got her number. fine i thought as ive read that these can be unlocked for free via the usb cable that came wit hit. so i ran xs++ to unbrand it and then ran setool lite to flash it and it went though ok.
now comes the problem... the phone now reboots itself every 20 odd secs and now doesnt not pick up any networks but the network prob might be because it can not compleat a full scan due to it rebooting all the time.

the main firmware ive flashed is W850_R1KG001_MAIN_GENERIC_CY_RED52.mbn also the other firmware is W850_R1KG001_FS_CENT_EUROPE_RED52.fbn
which im belived to be the latest firmware for the w850 in the uk?

about repairing your erom and ive had a look at mine and ive got crh1069179 r3b021 is that right?
