whenever i start m3 it shows error... and give statement that it needs to close... cannot continue... but putting that error aside (dragging side).. but i can continue converting....

Got Your Problem. Uninstall M3 Video Converter. Now Go To C:\Users\<Your LogIn Name>\AppData\Roaming And Delete The Folder M3 Manually. Now Reinstall M3 And Provide The Downloaded Nero Codecs To It When Asked. It Should Then Work.
