    cant connect

    when i try to connect the telfone to the program PhoneXS they show me in my phone display thet the funkcions are unvadeble during USB connection why that ?? It is when i pres C!
    my model telefon w810

    Turn your phone off, connect usb-cable to phone, press c on phone and connect to your computer.

    i try to connect my k 800 too but it give me wrong messeg what should i do

    Install USB flash drivers first. Then start XS++.

    You must install USB Flash driver first,and then plug your phone with holding C button
