Is this possible to make a flash menu with my own wallpaper?

I want to install a flash menu and put my own wallpaper and desktop image in it. I try to way:
First: Creat my own theme. After that I change name, use TUGzip, change in text document, and put my theme with the flash on the phone (like make your own flash theme).

Second: Open the pack theme. Put the wallpaper and desktop image in it. Save and install theme in my phone.
Both of them have the same result: My wall paper is my image, but flash doesn't work ( I try with the flash theme spin'). On my desktop, it's the desktop of the flash menu, not my picture. Flash work normal.

Anybody know how to put my own picture on the wallpaper and the desktop? I want to Custom my FLASH MENU

using flash files as screensavers or backgrounds function is disabled on most of the phones. you can patch it to work, look for the patch for your mobile.

Whe i turned (at least) K310 into W200(almost), then i had that option without patches - just used Flash theme, and another Flash wallpapper, just picked up from menu :|
I downloaded all from 4shared, there are thousands of them...

That's not what I want. I don't want flash to be screensavers. I talking about wall paper and desktop picture. I want install flash menu and put my own picture in the wallpaper and the desktop image, not the wallpaper and the desktop image anymore.
