when i do this it doesnt work.. i still have the operator logo.. But my phone had 2 op logos at the begginning.. only one has been removed.. any idea how to remove the second one?

I just bought a k810I and I'm new to this,
can someone please tell me where to locate FS\tpa\system\layout?
Or do I need a 3rd party software to detect it?
