'perfect' guide on Flash Menu installation?

new Flashes on a W810:

3. BreakIn Loader Flashing:
- Turn off your Phone
- run xs++ (from the Progs Folder) and press Start
- Connect the Phone while pressing "c"
- now press "Flash Mainfirmware" and open "w810_p3k_dcu.49R.ssw" from the Breakloader Directory
- Press Flash
- After 5-7 Sec. "finishing flash" should appear. Now You can press Stop and close XS++.
- Deconnect the Phone

PUT YOUR BATTERIE OUT OF YOUR PHONE FOR 5 SECS...

Does this step brick you phone? I tried this on a W300i that I had gotten earlier in the day and panicked when I killed it. I recently tried again, and killed it again. Both times I just reflashed the main to repair. I did try Far 1 time, but might have had the wrong settings. I might try again if you say the phone shouldn't work while flashing with *_p3k_dcu.49R.ssw

Sorry but i need some help
i tried a lot of things but i could not manage to get flash menüs on my phone.whenever i want to conect my phone to the xs++ it says failed open. I would be glad if someone could help me bacause i am not very good in stuff like this.
My phone is a w880i

Ok Sorry about the stupid question. I got the answer. my filtering software wouldn't let me see the tutorial. Once I read it I got it to work.

One more question. I debranded my phone, but saved the cingular certificates. Has anyone tried to copy the certificates to the phone to get MobiTV to work? I don't ever plan on using MobiTV, or many of the other internet apps, but thought someone that might want to debrand and keep MobiTV could.

Oh, and where are the icons stored? I want to make a custom menu, using the icons, like the Alarm clock and others, but can't find them to make the icons I need.
