Yes it dials but if I press the W button to listen to music the phone crashes and the keys turn off. But i can dial and receive calls.

just send it to customer service if you didn't make any mess with XS++ or any other flashing tool.;)

I've never messed with the phone in any way. Customer Service will charge me for it won't it?

if you never messed up with any software your phone is under warranty i think.

Well today I'm going to the RadioShack store where I bought it from, I hope they give me a new one. Wish me luck!
