Please!! need help with my W550, PC doesnt recognise

nothings happening rite now, do i have to restart pc or smthn to work? and do ihave to keep holding the c button? can u give me ur msn, so it would be easier?

ok so when i check my device manager, there are 2 unknown devices, 1 multimedia audio controller, 2 PCI simple communications controller

Turn off phone and wait 30 sec.
Start XS and click Connect , hold "C" then connect with USB cable.

if not,,, change your usb cable, make it orig.

Check This Step By Step
1. Check Your Battry Fully Charged.
2. Check Your USB Cable.
3. First One Time Take Out Battry And Replace it.
4. Hold C Botton And Connect The USB Cable.
5.Go To Control Panel --> System --> Device Manager
6. Find USB Bus Controller
7. Right Click On New USB Flash Device (Maybe Unknown Device) Finded And Click Update Driver
8. Then Browse Your USB FLASH Driver On your Computer And Install It.
9. Now You Can Flash Your Phone !!!
