i remove the operator logo now ... and i now i wann replace the operator logo with my name or something ... how can i do that ?

for that you have to create a vkp patch, and use hex/binary editor to create values corresponding to what you want to be displayed where operator logo used to be.
i am still researching that area, but i would advise against it right now as results are somewhat disappointing so far, with other users that tried to do that.
