w995 icon headset problem

when i turn on , apared the head set icon on top and sound is off in speaker i can speak on telephone only in head set

icon apared without headset in

its a solution for this problem?


i was but here is not somone to know the problem to repair
well i want to found a software to hide the icon head set at the top on display ?

You can't "hide" that icon.It is hardware problem so do what riders4sia told you.Take the phone to some private repair centre.
