Try to reflash with different files.If same problem(stop at same block) then it is hardware problem so you should take the phone to some private repair shop.

Baad i already tried...One time before the problem i hitted it at the right side of the screen..

Hi,then it is damaged so take the phone to some repair shop.Flashing can't repair hardware problem.
