Oh i see. It asks only for one file regarding this phone model.

So to conclude. I have to use the .ZIP File (inside .RAR File). Is that right?

Edit: It asks for ZIP Files or s1. So using the ZIP File is the right way over here.

Used the German Customization File 'CDF 1237-1557'. Everything worked fine, until now. ;-)
