W705 problem connecting to A2uploader

I have a W705 with USB flash driver installed, SE PC suite installed, GG driver installed (all latest versions). When I try to connect to A2uploader it will detect the phone but it will auto disconnect after 5 seconds?! It's not a phone problem as I can connect to PC without any problems, in all USB modes. It's also not a PC problem as this also happens on other computers. My A2uploader is V3 latest version btw. Is this because W705 is not supported by A2uploader? My W705 firmware is R1GA030 which is also latest and seems to be similar in menu to the Aino (especially the Settings menu which is not tabbed layout) so maybe it's not supported, does anybody know? My other phone G705 has no such problem connecting but that one has another firmware which is R1FA035.

DiSable your antivirus while using a2 uploader and download the latest version of it.... i.e v5 is available....search topsony or Google it

Your phone could be CID53; using "a2uploader_v4_compatible_cid_53" should be more appropriate.

I have another question. I want to debrand my W705 but I cannot find the custom pack for my country which is Singapore. Will it be ok if use another custom pack but will I get the same languages?

Use this CDA: W705 customize_upgrade APAC-ANZ.rar
Upload customize_upgrade.xml to TPA > PRESET > CUSTOM, then turn on phone to see "Please wait" -> then again turn off and update via SEUS.

I've followed this steps but on SEUS it says I have latest software and there's no option to reflash. I then downgraded my software to R1DA034 using A2uploader but still I cannot flash it using the customize upgrade file and SEUS, it still tells me that I have the latest.

Thanks for all your help. I have managed to successfully debrand my W705 by using generic FS and main and a custompack for G705. It works perfectly now.

Hey mds. i have a w705 and i am also from singapore . but i dun get how u got to connect your w705 to ur a2uploader and debrand. if u dun mind can u tell exactly how u did it and where u got it from. thanks . really appreciate it .
