W580i - LCD or Battery or Firmware?

I could not locate Setool 1.11 without a virus so I have used XS 3.1 from here.

It appears the last part of IMEI is not appearing. The side panel shows some options for my phone (which I have attached). I don't want to lose the data on my phone so please let me know if that is possible.
