Flash K800 CID53 with K810 software CID53 (for begginers)

Hello thanks for your help senter, but they were the files i had tried and have tried again since,but again the same happens after i copy the custom pack and switch phone on and after 'please wait' appears and loads up, 'unsuccessful' appears on screen and it still says insert correct sim.It says unsuccessful everytime i switch the phone on.

It worked great on my sony ericcsson W508i. I have a CDi53, R8BE007, branded with rogers. The files I used were:
- W580_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED53.mbn
- W580_R8BE001_FS_AMERICA_1_RED53.fbn
- HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_16_R8A_GENERIC_AMERICA_2

Why custom pack is AMERICA_2 ???
Must be SAME version with File System !!!

I see you try to open ofs, but you use other jdflasher...
My archive is Far Manager with JDflasher plugin, your is far + jdflasher ???
Download "my" JDflasher and try again.

how to flash FS( step 7 )
it's same like step 1-6 ?

Yes, is same like flash Main. If you will can flash main, then remove battery and insert it back .... then again connect to FAR and flash FS ( like Main ) ...
