my pc cant find the drivers on the phone

Hi! I have w810i phone. After installing the drivers and pc suite, when I connect my phone with pc first of all following message appears


when i click on the ballon following message appears


other phones of Nokia, SonyEricsson even the same model i.e; w810i of my brother connects with the same pc but my w810i cannot connect.
In futue I have connected it with my pc many times, installed flash themes and many more stuff with the help of XS and some other softwares.
The problem seems to be inside the phone.
Can anybody help me solve this problem?

Clean the connector on the phone with a wooden toothpick.
