my SE S500i have camera problem.
when I select the camera, have error msg "Another application is running. Close it, and then start the camera."
I use XS++v3.2 and RED52 to flash the phone to be W580i, but camera have same problem.
and I try to use RED53 to to flash the phone to be W580i. but cannot flash and have error msg.
Please help me and tell me how to fix it!!

it is because your are trying to flash a CID52 phone with CID53 firmware. use xs3.1 or setool2lite to flash your phone again, use the CID52 firmware only
