I tried every single method, I still can't change the supported language

finally
I can enable Chinese menu for TM506
the first thing is: you must update TM506 to R3DA030 (don't worry, just delete three lines on <techmode> on Customize.xml, and you still can tether)
you need
a2uploader (of course)
C902 R3DA .fbn
3150read
after dl'ed C902 .fbn file, locate it over 3150read, and get the following files
/tpa/preset/system/fonts
all 5 files
/tpa/preset/system/language
get zh.lng and zs.lng (must be in lower case, or change it), and copy them to TM506, you have to edit to add the language you want
Customize.xml
allowed_language.txt

after that, you can turn the phone back on, you should be able to choose Chinese menu, but:
MAKE SURE YOU UNCHECK ALL CHINESE INPUT METHOD, currently I am unable to find .t9 file for zh and zs, if you keep these Chinese input checked, you phone will crash
one more thing, you must transfer music through phone mode, or the Chinese track may display improperly

I extract the C902 rom with 3150Read, but there is not /tpa/preset/system/fonts or /tpa/preset/system/language directories. I found a /tpa/system/language directory, but it is empty. Do I need to read the files with a different programs?

The firmware I downloaded it C902_R3CA033_FS_HUTCH-HK_RED52.fbn
After using 3150read, I got a directory named C902_R3CA033_FS_HUTCH-HK_RED52.fbn.raw.out. Inside this directory, I have the TPA folder. But, inside TPA, there is no preset folder.
