W810i - Configuration error

My W810i show "Configuration Error, Please contact your Service...."

I found many answers but I'm not sure what firmware and customize files I need use and where I can find the correct files.

I have Setool2 and XS++

Please, can you help me in order to fix it ?

Than connect phone with XS++ and post log from XS here without IMEI number and than will see

i think this problem is for your customize you acn use this "customize" for all phone. add this file(in setool 2lite) in "misc files" and press flash

u didnt customise ur fone in the end. to successfully flash ur fone u'll need the main, fs and custpack
