Ok I am doing tht yet everytime I try to connect my phone it brings up this

23:38:42| TURN OFF PHONE!
23:38:42| Hold 'C' button on phone and connect phone NOW.
23:38:42| You have 30 seconds...
23:38:42|
23:39:12| Error: Cannot open phone communication port
23:39:14| Disconnected... Unplug the phone

Could you help me any futher?
