K850i Software fault

Ive got a bit of a problem with my K850. When you turn it on it will stay on for roughly 5mins and then you loose all functionality. Ive managed to back most of it up but dont know whether i should try flash its firmware or try claim under warrenty?
Will a failed attempt at flashing it cost me my warrenty, has any body else experienced this?
Is there any chance that it may not be the software?

If you didn't do anything yet - recomend to take your phone back with warrenty,because only way to update firmware is with SEUS for now

luck 4 all SE A2 users.there's a way to flash your fs and main..after 5 days "googling", i found a solution 4 my k850i..use a2uploder v.3...it works just fine..

the thing is regardless of how many times i tried this avg takes it as a trojan and doesnt let me open it well the windows doesnt let me open it .
