    my usb stick is working fine. i can acces to phone folders when connecting phone to pc.. but when i run xs++ i get this error from screen.

    @jasmin clearly said to you- you need USB FLASH DRIVERS. This drivers are needed for flashing SE phones (than XS will recognize your phone).Just read this USB Flash Driver Installation - Guide - Top Sony Forums

    im not windows user(for xs 4.1 linux is needed)... and as you can see this quide is for windows...

    are there any special usb flash drive for linux, or must i use some kind of ndiswrapper??

    problem solved . no need for installing drivers. XS++ 4.1 must be run as root.. thats all.
