Hi i got a Z610i an i got the WSOD (white screen of death) but i can flash ,i havnt yet, but i need the numbers off the phone is there any way i can get the fone workin without loosing my contact info?? please help:confused:

Try with MyPhoneExplorer.Turn on phone and connect - if MyPhoneExplorer recognize phone you can complete backup all your private data and here you have the newest NEW My Phone Explorer 1.7 - Top Sony Forums

If MyPhoneExplorer doesn't recognize your phone, then backup the GDFS, and reflash the MAIN firmware(but just the MAIN, nothing else). Now try again with MyPhoneExplorer.
