It's not really necessary to post patches here.
There's a sticky thread with patches for DB2020 phones.

I stopped adding new DB2020 unlock patches since simox remove simlock generator should work for all firmwares now. It's very easy and fast to create patches for your phone.

i know you say to upgrade to CID52, but i want to stay @ CID49. will these patches work?

It's not possible to patch DB2020 CID49 phones for free.
