XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing, Customizing, Recovering

Dear Mohdumer,

I updated my P1i to R6F41 (via SE update service). From then on, I could not make call in areas having weak network signal. I wish to flash P1i back to R6E30. I have downloaded R6E30 firmware of Russia (I have no choice since I have no privilege to download the desired firmware from this Topsony site). I unzipped and got many files:

I do not know how to flash my P1i. Could you please comment

How to backup my current firmware ???
Could you guide me how to backup my current firmware (just in case of fail with new firmware then I could flash it back as your guide at item *) since when I backup my GDFS I got one file .BIN (35 KB). I do think this file is just GDFS but not including firmware.
