Hello Guys,

I found this community by searching above mentioned query over the internet. Its my first thread which i would like to discuss with you........

I have SEk800i phone. Phone is old though. Some days ago this error showed in my screen "another application is running. Close it, and then start the camera"

I don't know what to do as i have not much experience with Mobile Software category.

Here is some of my Phone details which i got from XS++.. Please solve this problem as soon as possible

Use these files:

1. K800_R8BF003_MAIN_GENERIC_WI_RED52
2. K800_R8BF003_FS_EUROPE_4_RED52
3. HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_122_R1A_GENERIC_EUROPE_4 (or in XS mark Customize File System and choose Phone model K800, CDA and Region: EUROPE_4 )

How to get these files?
is that firmware version or what?
can you please guide me through screen shots?

Go to: Downloads > Firmware > K800 > RED52 > R8BF003_RED52 and download these files:

1. K800_R8BF003_MAIN_GENERIC_WI_RED52
2. K800_R8BF003_FS_EUROPE_4_RED52

Then make this with XS:

Try Master Reset: Menu > Settings > General > Master reset > Reset all (phone lock code is 0000).

what abt this thread?
Flash K800 CID53 with K810 software CID53 (for begginers)
will it solve the problem?

if flashing doesn't solve the problem, then it would probably be the camera unit or its flex, try changing it and post result
