    Unhappy k810i cid53

plz can you help me with my problem with k810i cid53.
my mobile is displaying white light continuously when i switch my mobile on. from the tutorials in the net i found that i have to flash my mobile(havent i?). so i downloaded all the files. i am now making my mind to flash it with jd flasher. two three days ago the computer used to detect my mobile. but nowadays when i connect my mobile, the computer doesnot detect my mobile (i have already installed usb flash driver). rather after some time of connecting to the computer via usb, the same white screen appears in the mobile.
i am eagerly looking forward for the suggestion and instructions. plz

Try a reflash with this tutorial:
http://www.topsony.com/forum/far-man...html#post89845, but use K800 firmware, instead K810 and skip steps 13 to 16.

Because many people use K800 with K810 software.
