k800 menu.ml file error

Hello,
A few days ago i was speaking to a friend of mine to the phone, when the battery finished. I plug it to recharge while marking my friends number again. After i finished my conversation i try entering the menu and "suprise" : i get a messege on the screen: "Errors occur in the menu.ml file. This may render the menu unusable."
Ever since i cant acces anything in my phone: messages, files, contact list.....i only have the menu for Entertaiment, Internet and my Movistar emocion (my sim card company).
I need help please. How do i fix this without going to the center where i bought it, its in another city and far from where i live now :(

Download original menu.ml from: Downloads > Directories Files (k800_R1GB001_files_directories)
After extract on archive open TPA > PRESET > SYSTEM > MENU and copy menu.ml
Use FAR from here (step 2) : Flash K800 CID53 with K810 software CID53 (for begginers) - Top Sony Forums and see 9, 10 and 11 and open TPA > PRESET > SYSTEM > MENU

If your phone is not CID53, you can use also this tutorial:
5) Uploading files via FSX *optional*. In my opinion is more intuitive.

Thank you both for ur fast answers. I tried for 3 hours to fix it, but it still doesnt work. Its the first time i hear about these programs and i find them quite confusing. I uploaded the menu.ml file like it says in the guide but it gives the same error when i try to acces the menu. Anyway, i might try it again tomorrow (i cant do any more damage to the phone then this :P ) maybe i`ll get lucky.

i don't think you followed the steps to be taken after uploading the menu.ml, please read the instruction properly and try agian, i hope you'll succeed for sure

OMG, I did it. I didnt follow the steps for the Main and FS firmwares thingys since I had no ideea what it meant. But today I googled it and I did that too just like it said in the guide. Then I made sure I used the Shutdown buttont and all and IT WORKED! Thank you so much for not giving up on me when even I gave up.
