K770i Unbranding/unlocking procedure

Hi firstly i would like to say, I know there are already answered post here, but am not just able to get whats going on

MY PROBLEM : I have a K770i, locked when i tried updating it from the official site.


CURRENT STATUS : Phone is locked...I have read around about XS but don't understand what is what...
I live in INDIA, would like english as the language

PLEASE HELP ME FIND : What should i do in order to have the latest usable version on my phone?
