Be good if you could quote the sources. I have a similar scenario. Bought a pay-as-you-go K770i from o2 in Germany 15 months ago, as I was expecting to be there a while. Seems that it is blocked for 2 years, but i am now back in Switzerland, so it is useless unlocked.
I contacted o2, and they haven't had the courtesy to reply.

Additionally, had problems getting setools2lite running. Have disabled my AVG virus software at bootup, rebooted, but was still getting an error. I added an exception and it started. But the K770i is not listed. Which should I use?

Any advice greatly received.
