Unnable to flash k800

hey guys...

i've been trying to flash my k800 but haven't been able to do so...

at XS++ i get this:
20:29:09| Sorry, your phone is NOT SUPPORTED
20:29:09| Error: Cannot send flash loader
20:29:09| Error: Flashing failed
20:29:11| Disconnected... Unplug the phone


I'm using files downloaded from topsony.com, and i've tried many different files, but the message has always been the same...

also, i've already updated the firmware to the latest official version, does this has something to do with it?

Your phone have EROM CID53 must read here: http://www.topsony.com/forum/far-manager-f31/flash-k800-cid53-k810-software-cid53-begginers-t11605.html#post89845 and use files for K800.
