Help adding Swedish language to SonyEricsson W580i

Hello

I recently bought on ebay a Sony Ericsson W580i and discovered that I could not choose Swedish as T9 language or Swedish menus! :eek:

I have never "flash" a phone and ask nicely if someone could help me step by step how to adding swedish to my phone and what files I need and where I can find them but also how to install them!

I know there are many topics on this but I think it's a bit messy when I do not know much about it and how it works!
