sure can..by using SE tool box...u can downgrade ur CID....4 diamonic prob...it think u should use SEUS software to enable ur phone using Jad Manager...interupt the flashing sequence of updating the firmware of phone n u get an empty phone so that the jad mananger can detect it without prob.....
