Sony W580 configuration error

I've tried to flash my SE W580i with XS++ but it gives me Payload: Failed, then I try to back up, read GDFS it disconnect or shut down the phone. PLEASE HELP

when ask to upgrade EROM CID, click yes, and flash the custpack HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_101_R8A_GENERIC_APAC from the download section.
you may also Read here : Flash K800 CID53 with K810 software CID53 (for begginers) - Top Sony Forums but you need only the part 9 to finalize your phone

I click YES to EROM CID upgrade but it gives payload:Failed message and then disconnect the phone, It does that everytime I try to accept the EROM upgrade and If I do not click YES to EROM upgrade it'd then connect and read from the phone but then disconnect rightaway when I try to flash it or use any other function keys. Now when I turn on the phone it says configuration error and it will not do anything beside allow me to make emmergency call and I can receive calls normally. Advise please
