K800i locked after debrand

Agter a lot of problems trying to unlock K800i I finally gave up and got someone to do it and was working fine on O2 after being previously locked to Orange. It hadnt been debranded and I decided to do it with Wotan server but much to my dis-appointment found its locked again! Went to service menu and SIMlock and sure enough network icon has a locked padlock next to it but all other setting are open. Current log from SEtool reads -
