you have CID53 phone, that's the reason why you can't flash with setool, you need far+jdflasherCID53 to flash your phone
Read Here : Flash K800 CID53 with K810 software CID53 (for begginers) - Top Sony Forums but use files only for K800.
one more thing to remind you, your gdfs is corrupt too

better connect u r usb cable at the back of pc and try flashing..(ie) don't use front usb ports..

you'd better choose db2020 as script, not qa2020
