w810 freezes

i received a w810 that freezes at sony ericsson logo for about 10 minutes, then switches of then flashes a white screen. it would then work once every 20-25 tries if i switch it on. i reflowed the flash loaded the following flashes r4ce012 and r4ea031, i have written new gdfs and erom but still exactly the same. does anybody have a solution??

don't mind the erom or gdfs, if those are corrupted phone won't work at all. try to reflash with the latest firmware for W810i. read these treads:

thanks for your reply khaba. however i only listed 2 flash files i used. i used the latest flashes on cruiser problem is not solved. it is not that my display stays white, it freezes on sony ericsson and then all of a sudden will work 100% for 1 day and if i switch it off it starts with the same problem again.

then maybe you have a more serious problem than software, i'd say to go to a service center. i can't help more, sorry

hi i having the same problem but my one goes ito the phone and start up but after one minute of loading it freazees and where ever iam in the phone it just stuck and i have to restart the phone

I have similar problem with k510i, only white display and blank sometime.
Flashed many time with another version but no result, white screen... My friend flash him with setool and all is ok.
Try to use another tool.

i have the same problem with a w600, one day the phone starts to make weird things... the phone is completely factory, i tried to flash it with the latest firmware (W600_R7CA017_MAIN_NAM_1_RED49) , don't work at all, then i tried to flash the FS file with the (W600_R7CA017_FS_AMERICA_1_RED49) with XS++ ...when flashing the FS it dont finish, because it stop at block 114... and now the phone start up, keep with the blank screen, restaring, and the ("call, menu") words are in the middle of the sreen !, jaja what can i do with ...why it stops at block 114... maybe thats the problem, because it dont finish the process of flashing the FS...

a friend told me that i can put manually the FS file into the phone..anyone know how to?
