W360i-Software(OS) Problem

Hi guys.
Yesterday when i switched on my W350i,the screen showed some white light.The phone was never on.
I took it to the nearby Sony Shop.The guy said that "ki iska softwrae ud gaya hai".
Now i dnt to take the phone to the service center.
Plz help me out in this.
How to install the OS..??
From where to install..???
A complete step by step procedure.
Also,to mod-plz list my post in appropriate thread

Everytime i start the XS++ & click connect,Holding C button & connecting the cable to the USB port,i get the following message.

Error: Cannot open phone communication port
Disconnected... Unplug the phone

This way i m unable to insatll USB flash Drivers.
then the after steps towards instaling the OS dnt even begin.

xs doesn't support, indeed you don't need to run xs to install usb flash driver, just follow the tutorial above

I actually went to the above tutorial.Just followed chain of link;s & found that USB drivers to be the first step in my problem.
Well,thnx for clarification

In the above tutorial,how can i get the custpack.
As i m unable to open the phone.Then how can i press >*<<*<*.

i think you need to use setool to post the log here or xs, start xs and connect your phone, in the left panel of xs you will see a log, copy and paste it here

In the left side of xs,the log contained the two lines which i have listed in BOLD in my above posts.
I hope i m referring correctly to what you are asking in terms of log in XS

did you do it in this way? press connect in xs, reinsert battery, press and hold 2 and connect the cable

I did the foll way:
open Xs
Click Connect
The n on left side,a message was displayed i.e u have 30 min time for connecting your phone.
Then I pressed the c button on the phone & held it while connecting the USB Cable wid PC.
After that the message was displayed(that i hv listed in bolds in above posts).
Now tell me which tool to use XS or SETool.
I will paste the whole log tomorrow.
& will connect the way u said.

neither of the two support, it's only to show the read out of the phone, instead of 'c' button, try using 1 or 2 button but i am not sure which one, i have already done this, c doesn't work on W350
